Andy was at Citigroup from 2000 to 2009 where he served as Deputy General Counsel and chief transactional and corporate lawyer for Citi globally. In that role he helped guide Citi’s strategic transactional activity, managing Citi’s internal deal process and leading $130 billion in transactions. Andy also played a leading role in the financial crisis recapitalizations efforts, including negotiation of TARP. Andy left Citi in 2009 and built an advisory practice sourcing capital and advising on unique transactions with high net worth families and other sophisticated investors. Andy’s deal execution background and broad transactional experience, coupled with recent involvement in family office oriented transactions, are key resources for the FDX team. Andy leads the deal sourcing and execution activities, as well as providing key strategic direction to the company.
